They were never great buddies, but New Orleans Saints running back Deuce McAllister really had nothing against Ricky Williams until this week.
"Ricky's a good back," McAllister said. "I thank Ricky because he got us another first-round pick. But I was a little disappointed in one of his comments as far as his numbers being better than mine."
McAllister said he was upset over comments made by Williams to ABC-TV during Monday night's game between the Miami Dolphins and Chicago Bears. Melissa Stark reported that Williams said he didn't care how many yards rushing he gets this season as long as it was more than McAllister gets.
