On the Bills Official site, the roster has been updated with the numbers the players will be wearing....

Parrish- 11

Everett- 85

Preston- 75

Geisnger- 73

Barnes- 25

King- 29

Is Roscoe ending his career before he even starts it by wearing this number? No one in Bill history has ever been succesful when 11 was on their back......Discuss

#11 only applies to QB'sd being jinxed in Buffalo.

since Parrish is not a QB he will break the curse

I saw this yesterday, so I bought a #11 replica Jersey for my boy on NFL.com for $15. Of course, I'll have to change the name on the back from Bledsoe to 1220.

If he sticks with it, a ton of peope will be altering their Bledsoe jerseys. There might be more Parrish jerseys than Moulds. Roscoe will feel special.

That'd be awesome. In a pregame ceremony, they bring out ralph who apologizes about the number 11. they have a little lowlight film about all the #11 blunders we've seen in the past, and then voila, they rip off the sheet, and on the wall of fame is inscribed, "#11-Jackass"

Ugh...I hate WR's who wear numbers in the teens. I hate even more that Parrish picked that accursed number.

Yeah, I guess it didn't apply to Norwood

He was jinxed... great career and is only remembered for one stupid kick, at least by everyone other than true Bills fans.

Yeah, I guess it didn't apply to Norwood

it didn't if you paid any attention to his career outside that kick that was outside his range

From what I recall, he sucked pretty bad in the season after the super bowl. i remember a Raider OT win for the Bills on the road where Norwood missed a FG and 2 extra points.

Even announcer Don Criqui was busting on him.

Looks like I'll be duct taping over the Bledsoe name on my Jersey and put Parrish on there. Haha.

#11 is the standard # given to WR's and TE's who haven't picked a number yet. Unless he's a dip**** like Fitz, he'll have a real number soon.

Now I will have to reapply the duct tape over my Johnson jersey that says Bledsoe and change it to Parrish.
