Why it's the sound of the braclet fad crashing and burning. They will be so uncool in 4 months.

Braclets jumped the shark a few months back when they started selling them at gas stations and Wal-Mart.

I feel kind of bad though... my boss was wearing a pink and yellow one a little while back and I made a comment in a gay sounding voice "Oh those are such pretty bracelets you're wearing today" just joking around.

This was before I knew what they were all about and his wife has been fighting breast cancer... :(

If you are doing it to support a good cause then how can it be negative in any way?

If I buy a braclet for $1 and the funds go to help fight cancer, how can that be negative in any way?
