    Ex-Bills stars living new lives

    They are super-human, right? Athletically blessed, good enough to get paid to play the games we've all played.

    But cut them and they bleed.

    Often times, it takes what happens in an athlete's life after the cheering stops for us see them as people. Deserving of our respect, adulation, support or sympathy as they tackle much more important issues in life than wins and losses.

      Nice article, but I thought Fergie had a form of non-Hodgkins lymphoma.
      Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?
