OS upgrade

We think we are done with the major OS upgrades.

The linux and control systems are now updated to current versions.

THe post, PM's should be fine from this point on. We will do a few more reboots later tonite, but this shouldn't affect post as far as we know.

there's like a ba-zillion little programs that all run with each other all at once.. We think they are all happy now and working!
