INSIDE DISH: First-year starting QB J.P. Losman is winning over many of the veterans in the locker room. They believe Losman's strong arm and athleticism will give the offense a jolt, but they are more impressed with his work ethic and rapidly developing leadership skills. While some players are withholding judgment on Losman until they see how he performs in games, doubts about him are diminishing because of his growth as a player and the mature way he's carrying himself on the field and in the locker room.
