You guys who still live in WNY.....

I caught that news conference with Giambra and Masiello last nite on Empire. You people actually voted for those guys? And Hillary too?

Giambra is finally going to do the math, figuring out what it would cost the county if the Sabres left HSBC dark. One would think that for as long as this saga has been unfolding, someone would have figured it out already (someone besides Hamister).

    Masiello looks oafish.

If you are depending on those 2 guys to save the Sabres, you are in big trouble. They probably are working on plans to turn HSBC into a casino.

Agreed EE....I've been complaining (and CP can vouch for this) our "duly elected leaders" couldn't lead their shadow on a sunny day.

Most politicians are in thier own little ego world. THey are driven by greed. Once they get the easy life it's tough to go back to real work. I don't consider all day meetings work. How would you like a job that had no accountability of your decisions or actions? Pretty good i say.

Did you see the article about how many consultants the city uses. Spent like $600,000 on fees to tell them how to do thier jobs i suppose. You think if these people were hired or elected they would know how to do what they were hired to do.

Now you can't blame all elected officials but they have to realize they are public servants that are supposed to be for the good of the people. NOT the good of thier buddies, the unions, thier pockets. The group I think we have elected in WNY have lost sight to that.
