I'll give the person who can correctly guess the picks I make in the first round 5000ZBs. Only one guess per person and you must get BOTH correct (I have the 2nd and 19th picks in the first round).

Heath Miller? I like the guy, but I like Ben Troupe as well. Then again, you never know what will happen on draft day...

Nah. After checking up on some Titans boards, I'm not concerned.....neither is the team:

Titans | Injury Update: Troupe - from www.KFFL.com
Fri, 27 May 2005 06:09:21 -0700

Jim Wyatt and Paul Kuharsky, of the Tennessean report Tennessee Titans head coach Jeff Fisher said TE Ben Troupe's (foot) injury to the fifth metatarsal in his left foot was not as "severe or extreme" as injuries suffered by DEs Jevon Kearse in 2002 and Bo Schobel last spring. Injuries similar to Troupe's have required 8-14 weeks of recovery after surgery. A 14-week recovery would take Troupe to Sept. 1. As previously noted, Troupe was scheduled for surgery on his foot yesterday afternoon (May 26).

Titans TE Troupe to miss time with foot injury

NFL.com wire reports

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (May 24, 2005) -- Tennessee Titans tight end Ben Troupe has a foot injury that might cause him to miss the rest of the offseason but should not affect his availability for the 2005 season.

That was the initial diagnosis of the Titans medical staff May 24, the day after Troupe was injured without contact during an organized workout.

"Obviously this injury is more than a sprain," coach Jeff Fisher said. "His season is not in jeopardy. The worst-case scenario is that he'll start the season for us."

Troupe was the Titans' top draft choice, and 48th overall, in 2004 and finished the season second in the NFL among rookie tight ends with 33 receptions. Following the free agent departure of Shad Meier this offseason, Troupe and sixth-year pro Erron Kinney are the only veteran tight ends on the roster.

Ill stick with my pick considering your other TE's would be an awesome 2 TE set for your power running game with Jones and would be almost like having 4 WR's in a running formation

Not even in this but I'll take a guess...
1st pick-WR Troy Williamson 2nd pick-DE Marcus Spears

There's some interesting choices in here.

Anyone else wish to try their luck? Remember, the person who guesses correct will receive 5,000 ZBs from yours truly.

Looks like I'll have to keep the 5,000ZBs. Nobody had me picking Derrick Johnson @ the #2 spot.

Good. I don't like to let people in on my plans when it comes to drafting. But, O Canada (http://www.billszone.com/fanzone/showpost.php?p=1030406&postcount=12) kinda figured it out. The pick wasn't an indictment on any of the LBs I picked up in the stocking draft, I just knew I was going defense early on and I wanted the best defensive player for my team. Since I will use a 3-4 scheme, there wasn't a better choice for me than DJ.

I'm going to the 34 as well so thats why I thought Ware would be the ideal choice. Either way I would have liked to grab DJ with my 2nd pick so I'm probably disappointed he won't be there.

I think I'll take:

Derrick Johnson, LB w/ my 2nd pick and player to be determined later w/ my 19th pick.

Since I'm in a generous mood due to the fact that I got the 2 players I wanted, I'll give everyone who guessed some ZBs.
