Donated tickets go to underprivileged kids
Disaffected Cincinnati Bengals ticketholders have donated more than 200 tickets to Sunday's game with the New Orleans Saints to be distributed among underprivileged kids. So many ticket holders have been failing to show up for home games that City Councilman Chris Monzel suggested that people who didn't plan to use their tickets should drop them off at City Hall. "We received a lot of phone calls from interested people when we announced the program earlier this week,'' Monzel said Friday. "But we were starting to sweat it when we only had about 50 tickets in hand by the end of the day Thursday.
