LB's Conlan & Stratton to Be Honored

Both were star linebackers for the Buffalo Bills. Both played during the two championship eras in Bills history. Both were part of the some of the most memorable plays in football championship history.

Oh yeah, and both wore number 58.

It seems only fitting therefore that Mike Stratton and Shane Conlan will enter the Greater Buffalo Sports Hall of Fame together this fall as part of the class of 2005. This year's 11 inductees were announced Tuesday afternoon at HSBC Arena.http://www.buffalobills.com/news/news.jsp?news_id=3215

Two great choices. Conlan was one of Frewsburg's finest.

They're both great choices. I loved the linebacking corps of Stratton, Tracy and Jacobs back in the day. . .
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?
