I believe that will put me right on the 85 mill cap eb, and F_L is gonna drop someone.

Confirmed. I will drop WR David Tyree to get my roster back down to the proper size.

that actually puts the CRK's over the cap by $500K with only 52 players. I have no problem with the 52 players but you cannot exceed the cap.
