All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

I grew up in Rochester during the Jim Kelly/Bruce Smith/Thurman Thomas/Andre Reed days- how could I not be a Bills fan? Even an hour outside of Buffalo, the fans up there are nuts and the atmosphere was incredible when the Bills were winning.
Being I was a little kid when I became a Bills fan, it was my older brother being a Dolphins fan that made me first cheer for the Bills just so I can talk trash. Then they just grew on me.
Grew up in South Wales and Holland as a Browns fan, but became a Bills fan as soon as they came to town. Watched them practice their very first summer on the polo fields of the Knox Estate in East Aurora.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?
I grew up a few miles from the stadium. We used to ride our bikes up to get autographs after practices. My favorite players when I was a kid was Joe Ferguson, Joe Cribbs, and Jim Haslett (Haslett lived two doors down from my grandma so he was cool.)
What they said.
Basically, it was in my blood and always will be. I've been cheering for the Bills since I was old enough to remember watching TV in the early '70s.

I got a Jerry Butler and Frank Lewis autograph when I was 7 or 8 years old. They were doing a signing at a Hills dpt store. Had to be 1981 or 1982. They were sitting together at a table with no one with in a 100 yards of them. they called me over, introduced themselfs and gave me their autographs on nice 8*10 photos. Have been a Bills fan since that day.
The 1988 season was what did it for me. I liked Buffalo before that, but never really got into watching football until Buffalo became an explosive team. Not the most interesting of reasons especially after Jan's story, but I just remember watching the '88 playoffs with about 10 of my high school friends.
They were perfect at home that year.
I have always lived in Central California, so I had to resist the attempted brainwashing of the 9ers and raiders fans (older cousins, and aunts and uncles - my parents aren't into sports). But before I was 9 years old, I didn't really care to watch football - but then I started playing it in school during recess while I was in 2nd or 3rd grade - so then I would kinda watch it, but I didn't really have a favorite team - that was until I saw Bruce Smith and Leon Seals just absolutely terrorize John Elway - if Elway wasn't getting sacked, his passes were being deflected by either Bruce Smith or Leon Seals and then intercepted or the broncos were forced to punt. Then I got to see a young Thurman in action and then I realized they had in my opinion the best looking uniforms - a stampeding buffalo with red white and blue (which always looks good together) from then on I was hooked.
