Fresh off a tough pre-season victory the team is making adjustments to better prepare for rushing teams. With big 2nd year man Sam Rayburn excelling against the run, he may see a lot of action. With the depth at the DT positions a lot of of flexibility with two top tier pass rushers on either end. With 4 sacks and two forced fumbles this unit has a lot of potential.

The WR's did well as hoped, but facing one of the best secondaries in the BZFL its a wonder they caught any passes. Dillon dissapointed on the ground, but a total of almost 60 yards isnt totally a loss. But as hoped our aerial attack got the job done. As expected our "4th WR" Jason Witten did well blocking and pass catching, catching 7 passes! At this point we are very confident that our Offense is one of the best in the league.

The pass rush kept pressure on Carr most the game, and the secondary adequatley contained most the Brewsers WR's.

In a pleasant surprise our 2nd year kicker, Josh Scobee did well hitting from 48 yards out.

Overall the team played well, our DL depth really helped careful drafting will help prevent injuries.

Once again the "Greatest Show on Turf" put on a hell of a display. The Defensive line in thier second straight game put on a clinic as to how a DL should run. Shutting down Duece and producing another 4 sack performance. Keeping pressure on Hasselbeck throughout, the secondary gave up some passes but had 2 INT's 1 of which was returned 92 yards.

Our very young LB corp came through big time, and Winborn was named the MVP racking up 3 sacks.

The ground game picked up as Dillon bruised his way through for 100+, while once again Witten the young TE caught 6 passes. The OL held up ok, they gave up 2 sacks, but the owner is happy it was nothing to bad. We had a nice balanced attack, (33 pass attempts, 25 rushes). Still a young team, but thus far have proved they can get the job done.

Our careful drafting has kept us without injury again.

The Outlaws open the season at home against the Playas next week.

The Outlaws this week prepared extensivley for thier upcomming opener against a very good Playas team. Happy with the DL play its is very hard for the coaches to do much more then tell the guys to keep it up. Creating as much pressure as they have in the pre-season we feel they they will do well this week.

The younger guys stepping up in the pre-season has been a nice surprise. The Secondary taking advantage of the pressure caused by the DL has been cause for some nice INT's returns.

The offense has done well at spreading the ball out to Brady's multiple weapons, with each reciever/TE getting a few catches a game and creating mis-matches in the secondary the Outlaws feel this weeks game could be a shootout. The pass blocking from this young line has been very good, the run-blocking needs work but with the veteran Dillon he improvises well.

I think your team is in very good shape at this point. While certainly you're team isn't a lot better than everyone else's, I have you winning week one and the whole league at this point. That could change after games start, though. You'll probably have a good indicator of success if you beat the Playas in Week One.

I'm going to have a good idea of how well my team is going to do very soon, as I've already played the Raiders and Playas, and will be against the Vikings in Week One (all of these teams are ones that most people are predicting to have success this season).

So much for injuries.

Needing to play at top shape against a great team, Injuries hurt the Outlaws badly. Brady and the WR corps played as expected, but the secondary took two massive losses and losing Dillon made the ground game almost ineffective all together.

We will be looking to take out frustration on next weeks opponent.

After going over the numbers the coaches see that the teams are pretty even stats wise, the injuries to the outlaws opened up the secondary for the playas to pick apart. Dillon left the game with only 13 yards and while Moore did about average as a replacement, depth at RB maybe something to look at next season.

The Outlaws will make adjustments accordingly in preperation for the next game.

After this weeks win the Outlaws coaching staff allowed little celebration, still a lot of work to be done. The Outlaws made significant changes for thier upcomming game against Houston.

Very happy with the DL performance, and McAlister finally playing up to his billing and once again a game with no injuries it is the general concensus that slight improvement has been shown and the potential is there but a lot of work remains.

Overhauling the O formations and depth, we feel we will be better prepared for this strong Houston team. After the pre-season and first three games we have put together a plan we feel will better suit us in the future.

After starting a dissapointing 1-3 the Outlaws have practiced hard this week in hopes of trying to reach .500 before mid-season. While they certainly have the talent and at one point were the favorite to win it all the defense (specifically the secondary/LB units) cannot seem to stop anyone.

While managing to stay healthy, and for the most part keep every game close. The fact that they have dropped close games mostly in the 4th quarter to 3 4-0 teams provides no solice for coach Kelly. While the first half of the season certainly has proven tough for the Outlaws, Corey Dillon has yet to provide the ground attack he was brought in to give. Brady and the WR corps have done as expected and the DL has done great jobs thus far.

The killer has been the pass defense and poor special teams. While the GM assured these would be addressed in the off season it remains to be seen if a significant turn around will happen this season.

Maybe the GM should check his PM's once in a while.........

Well another victory, but an ugly one at that. The coaches and staff at 1 Outlaws Drive will take the victory but some trades maybe made later this week to sure up the defense. Playing against an injured Denver team, the best the Outlaws could muster was a 17 point performance. Brady once again played very well, and Dillon finally had a decent game.

If the Outlaws plan to gain some ground in the division they will need a mighty performance next week against the Rampage who currently lead the division.

Well after a big win over division leading rivals Rampage, the Outlaws were hit with bad news. Loosing both thier starting Guards the team quickly moved and in a trade with the LA Playas aquired OG Benji Olson, a highly touted veteran sure to not only help anchor the line but upgrade it as well.

The WR/Passing game once again lit it up. And the Defense should be helped in two weeks by the return of starting SS Mike Doss.

While struggling at times it appears as though the team is starting to gel and piece things together. They will look for thier 3rd straight win this week.

Fresh off another road win, the Outlaws were given the day off to relax. After that its right back to work the team is preparing its strategy for a tough home game against the Norsemen. The front office is rumored to be working the lines heavily in order to obtain some defensive help.

Having aquired an upgrade at OG, and working the phones to obtain another starting calibur OG the outlaws recieved good news this week. Starting S Mike Doss returned to the team cleared to play. He should help the pass defense which was in dire need almost halfway through the season.

News will be posted shortly in regards to pending trades. Stay Tuned.

The Outlaws this week aquired some OLB help. Na'il Diggs has joined the Outlaws to help out in the LB corps. Given the latest run by the Outlaws adding a little tackling power couldnt hurt. The Outlaws traded away young DT Sam Rayburn with the depth the Outlaws have on the DL it was a necessary move.

With both starting OG's out still, the GM is working on a trade to bring in some OL help.

S Mike Doss did well in his return to practice today and should give a little extra firepower to the struggling D.

More on the developing OG situation as it develops.

The team played well this week delivering its first shutout as well as putting up 38 points. Tom Brady and the WR team put up fantastic numbers, and TE Witten had a 100 yard day. Dillon played average but what else is new. The Coaches are really at odds on how to handle the running game, while the line situation could be better its certainly at least average.

The Defense played well, but the coach was quick to remind them this is a team they were expected to beat.

Next week the Outlaws are away playing the Norsemen while the better team they inexplicably put up a huge day against the Outlaws. Said coach Kelly " This F'N sim is broken". Strong words from a strong man folks.

After a tough road win against division leaders Pittsburgh, the coaching staff was all smiles, after disasterous outings against the Norsemen, the team worked hard on improving mistakes. No injuries, and a solid effort on Defense and through the air. Dillon once again sucked gianourmous ass but what else is new, he pounded away when in scoring range but apart from that gave little effort on the ground.

The coaches looked to the line, but realizing that not only was everyone healthy but all lineman are better then average, the coaches just shrugged and accepted nothing could be done.

The defensive line caused massive damage in the backfield and this coming week against the Rampage the Outlaws look to continue their streak.

Currently in the middle of a long road trip, they round out Week 15 on the road then its back to fridgid Lambeau field for 3 consecutive frozen home games.

The Outlaws finally wrapped up a grueling but sucessful 4 game road trip in which they went 3-1 including a big win over division rivals Pittsburgh.

Marvin Harrison once again had a big day with 123 and a TD, while the rushing attack was less then impressive as usual.

The Outlaws prepare for their final 3 games of the season all at home in the comfy confines of frigid Lambeau field. Needing to win all 3 games and a little help the Outlaws are still very much in the playoff race.

Coach Kelly has been impressed with his teams play as of late, with 4 wins in the last 5 games, their only loss was to division rivals Rochester by 7 points given up in the last 30 seconds of the game. Coach Kelly's team has been in almost every game down the stretch and he feels confident that they can sweep the remaining 3 games.

The Outlaws pulled off a game to remember against division rivals Pittsburgh as Corey "i help my team by rushing for 24 yards" Dillon dove into the endzone with 35 seconds left to seal a 1 point come from behind victory.

Down by 17 points the Outlaws never gave up and Tom brady led a comeback that could very well catapault the Outlaws into the playoffs. The Outlaws face Kansas City at home for the season finale, if they win and division leaders Norsemen defeat Pittsburgh the Outlaws will be in the playoffs.

Coach Kelly had nothing but praise for his team and said either wa (apart Corey Dillon) they have had a great season.

Outlaws Aquire New Talent

The Oklahoma Outlaws who despertaley needed help in their LB corp today Aquired MLB London Fletcher. Fletcher who will join elevated OLB starter Demorrio Williams in a revamped LB group should help anchor midfield behind the Outlaws stellar DL.

Joined in todays trade was CB David Barrett who adds 5 INT's, 2 FF and 7 pass defenses to a secondary that already includes Chris McAlister and Ken Lucas. After a season that saw Mike Doss improve greatly at the S position the Outlaws are rumored to be in talks to bring in another big name at the S position to solidify an extremely deep secondary.

Lastly Lamont Jordan joined the team today. Accounting for over 1580 total yards and 11 TD's this season LaMont Jordan will be taking the lead for the outlaws behind a very young OL who all most certainly have improved this season.

While having to say goodbye to two key players to the Outlaws winning season last year, Coach Jim Kelly felt the additions today improve key holes on the team as well as free up almost 5 million in cap space.

Outlaws Aquire SS

In a trade just announced the Oklahoma Outlaws have aquired SS Adrian Wilson. Wilson widley considered one of the better SS's in all of the league adds another 93 tackles, 8 sacks, 1 INT, 1 FF, and 7 pass defenses to a now stellar secondary.

While it meant saying goodbye to Chris McAlister the team felt with the starting DB's in place and all of the cornerbacks improving dramatically this season adding 93 tackles and a quality player at the S position was one of the critical pieces for us. The Outlaws also obtained a 2nd 1st rounder.

The Oklahoma Outlaws today sent OT Kareem McKenzie to the CRK's in exchange for DT Anthony McFarland and WR Antoin Randle-El. Adding the last starter to the DL, the Outlaws also get a lethal ST'er and add great depth to its WR corps.

Last week the Outlaws obtained yet another 100+ tackler at the LB position. Morlon Greenwood joined the team and should help an already revamped LB group.

Outlaws coach Jim Kelly was said to be very happy with his new defensive unit, and extremely thrilled with the addition of another offensive weapon.

The new faces on defense now make the starting unit look like:

Barret-Doss-Wilson-Lucas

Greenwood-Fletcher-Williams

Kearse-Henderson-McFarland-Kerney

A significant upgrade from the 2004 unit.

The Oklahoma Outlaws today pulled off a major trade involving 5 players and a draft pick. Once again working with the Rochester Rampage, the Outlaws send OT Travelle Wharton, DT Ian Scott, OT Torrin Tucker, and a 3rd round rookie pick to the Rampage for OLB Brian Simmons, and DE Reggie Hayword.

The move helps continue the revamped look of the Outlaws defense. The Outlaws owner has said many times this off-season that Defense would be a priority, true to his word according to early rankings the defense appears to be vastly improved especially at LB where there are now 3 new starters.

The Offense not to be out done now includes one of the leagues best OG's, Mike Wahle. While it is likely trading is done as the coaches and scouting department are now preparing for the FA and rookie drafts, you never know with the Outlaws.

The Outlaws shored up both sides of the line, one of their weakest positions last season, by select starting RT Max Starks in the 3rd round of the FA draft, then following the pick up with the selection of massive Maake Kemoeatu, DT to backup incumbant starters John Henderson and Anthony McFarland.

With all of their starters in place, and excellent depth at the skill positions the Outlaws will primarily be focusing on depth in the later rounds.
