he's getting picked highly in every fantasy league I've seen... I even have seen him taken as high as second in some leagues.

I've seen his stock drop lately. HE's falling to the second round even in some drafts.

Dynasty or keeper leagues, he's usually in the first 3 picks though.

Several people start early nowadays.

You can also look up "expert" drafts to see how they pick.

Heck, even in the BZ fantasy league Willis was taken 3rd overall.
