Bills | Williams Tweaks His Contract

Mark Gaughan, of the Buffalo News, reports the Buffalo Bills did some tweaking to OT Mike D. Williams' contract. The team will save $2 million against this year's salary cap sometime in July by spreading out $3 million in roster bonuses he was scheduled to get this summer. That will put his cap figure at $7.46 million and provide a cap cushion. It doesn't look like a more extensive reworking of his contract will happen this year.
this to me tells me something is gonna happen soon with someone on our team. weather its gonna be bringing in bobby taylor who i think would make a great addition at 1-1.5 mil per year. a verba move from nowhere. or nate new deal like schobel got last year. but u know this means something is gonna be done for this year. becuz this is only shifting the bonus to create immediate space.
when u also add in the fact that henrys deal will be soon off the books too who knows what kind of move we will be making.
