Should Van Pelt been put in?

I am usually against benching a starting qb in a close game, but i felt that Bledsoe should have been benched in the 4th quarter yesterday. Every time he had the ball at the end of the game, i felt he was a liabilty to the team. His confidence looked non-existent and he was just not having an "on-game". NOTHING was going his way, and maybe Van Pelt could have provided a spark. If Henry would have turned the ball over 3 times...HE would have been benched for the same reason.
    Thank you.

The Pill? You've got to be kidding.

If they changed anything it should be Marcus Price for Jennings.

There isn't one QB in the league that should be immune to a good benching when they perform as bad as Drew did yesterday. I swear he was on an acid flashback or something he didn't even know where he was.

theres two things that could have been the cause:

              1) hes playing injured

              2) he's mentally shot for the season

i mean...he played AWFUL.....he was not himself at all...
              Thank you.

Great. Start a QB controversy. You are obviously a Van Peltite and Bledsoe Hater!

If Favre and Bledsoe couldn't throw in those conditions how could Van Pelt?

i'm talking about the mental aspect of the game....i don't think bledsoe was leading...i don't think he had confidence in himself and that took its toll on the entire offence
                      Thank you.

That makes sense. I think the confidence was shot too. Then again mine would probably be too. He played a bad game no doubt about it but add that to the fact that he got hit on every pass play and when he threw good balls they were dropped. I think AVP as much as I like him would've been crushed too and probably have thrown a pick. They all sucked yesterday.
