All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
I negged you before because what you said was an embarassment and I'll leave it at that...I don't neg just because I disagree with a post
Anyway, I don't see how you can determine that based on one season
That's just wild eyed Draz. Don't jinx Willis. Thurman was GREAT. Willis has a long way and alot of years to go to even come close to comparing him to Thermal.
Lou Saban: You can get it done, you can get it done. And what’s more, you’ve gotta get it done.
By the end of this season we may be able to add receiving and blocking to the list.
OJ's records may fall to this man.
OJ's records? You mean Thurman's records? Only OJ's single season rushing total was superior to Thurman's stats. But.... he also played here for three more years than the Juice.
I love McGahee's rushing style, his bad ass stiff arm, nose for the goal line, attitude. He could be one of the greats if he stays healthy. They say he is stronger and faster than last year, we will see but I think he will do very well. Until then Thurman is the greatest Bills back.
OJ's single season, single game, yards per carry per season... per career. I want OJ's name erased from Bills history. Willis is the man to finish what Thermal started.
Willis may already be Thurman's equal - or better - as a pure runner. But Thurman was a great receiver and one of the best blocking RBs ever. We can only hope that Willis comes close to him in these areas.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?
