Thats sad! He was a great singer. "here & now" was my wedding song. He was performing here in Buffalo on my wedding date we tried to get him to sing in the church, but the pastor said no.

Even if the pastor would've said yes, Luther had a policy he held to vigorously: NO WEDDINGS! I've seen him in concert 8 times, and he has mentoned it @ every show.

He will be missed.

'Obie' Benson of the Four Tops died too yesterday. God is obviously having a cool R&B concert this weekend

I love the song about "Dancing with my father". I thought he actually died two years ago when he had his stoke. I guess I was wrong. He will now be singing his beautiful voice up in the heavens.
