I dont know guys but i think centers isn't a good run blocker but he can catch the passes out of the backfield.
Im thinking about the cincinatti fullback that went to the probowl i cant remember his name but he'll be available this offseason as a free agent. This guy will really improve our running game cuz henry will have much more room with this guy around. What do you guys think?

Crosby is our FB for the short term. I would like to see the Bills draft a big bruising FB and develop him for the future. If Crosby can be that guy then so be it.

I am more than satisfied w/Crosby, he is rapidly improving IMO.

Crosby's been a good player so far. He blocked well his first season and has shown he's getting better in his pass-receiving as well.

After the NFL put a clamp on end-zone celebrations, he lost his game.

Crosby seems to be a pretty solid FB.

I was hoping that Bryson could be converted to a FB but he can't seem to stay healthy :( The thought of Bryson catching passes like Centers is (was) a scary thought when you factored in his speed. So much for dreaming I guess...

I miss Sam Gash one heck of a blocker.

We should stick with Centers and Crosby, mixing it up a bit will give both of them a chance to really shine, and we really need to stop being an totally obvious O. We will be pure ninjas next year.

Generally you want to spend your big bucks and high draft choices on positions other than FB. It's easier to find guys like Crosby that you can get on the cheap and develop at FB than for a lot of other positions.

Centers/Crosby is a good combo because, Centers can catch and Crosby can run, and also dont forget about this years past 7th round choice in Jarret Ferguson, only 5'8 but the best pass catching fullback in the draft.

Crosby/Centers is a good combo as long as Gilbride disguises it. Since you know Crosby is a blocker, it'll probably be a run when he's in, and therefore the D will play the run. Same with Centers and the passing game. Gilbride has to disguise it...(Throw to Crosby in the flat, use him in the passing game..)

All season long. He plays mostly on special teams (22 total tackles) but also had 4 receptions on offense for 33 yards.

Under the "GIlbride system" the FB and TE's are useless. It's either throw deep or nothing at all. If Rob Johnson was able maximze Centers' ability to catch, I just don't understand why Gilbride doesn't use him as an option. Both Centers and Reimersma were our strengths before. Now they are useless under KG.

i think thats something they're gonna discuss this offseason, we should use the FB's and TE's more.
