Yeah, my rushing percentages don't seem to be doing much either. Not that I have much of a problem with the results of today's game...

Julius Jones is injured? He was playing up until the last play of the game! Is he really out for 6 weeks? If so, and if he really was hurt on the last play, this sucks. My team is officially done if that's the case.

Holy ass I got killed. I saw what Brooks can do, and it isn't much. Hopefully Vick pulled his head from his ass and will play better next week. 0-2 is not how I envisioned starting the season.

Yeah aparently Jackson and Turner splitting time means give Turner no carries. David Carr is my whole team. i lost Arrington and Jennings sweet. Mora press conference soon.

I will be the first to pistol whip my players. When your 2-0 you can get distracted. A winless team has their balls on the chopping block.

Wow.. I would've never expected the Outlaws at 0-2.

I'm happy with my win... but are my game's stats going to be posted?

WTF man.

I cant change anything cause everyone is doing what they are supposed to be doing. Dillon could be a bit more productive, but this is ridiculous. Brady did what he was supposed to do as did the WR's.

Stupid Computers.

The team is still on a disciplined tough schedule we can party in the off season and we are used to the crazy atmosphere at our stadium

Might have been my team going up 17-0 then 24-7 and the computer went into pass mode ??

Hey, @ least you didn't lose your offense to an injury like I did. Leftwich had better get his a** in gear now. Too bad; JJ was looking to go after a league rushing title. He has 256 yds in only 39 carries to date!

Yeah, thanks for that. :snicker:

My defense was all over Brooks and really shut down your running game. :snicker:

A Safety and 2 sacks for Shaun Ellis.
An interception from my starting CB
And some forced fumbles.

Nice. I'm very pleased. Especially with McNabb. :bf1:

I feel your pain eb... 7 rushed for Jamal. 7 for Brian "1ypc" Westbrook

Bulger threw 49 times andw as picked 4.... jesus.

We tied it in the 4th at 28 and STILL kept throwing...

I think my OC is Gilbride.

Another sweet game for Eli....HE IS DONE!!!! Moss only 3 catches? Gonzo is still unstoppable.

I guess it is Ramsey for a game and then all hell will break loose.

Hey TampaBay, is Hasselbeck available? Let me know what you want for him.

I know....

And the worst part was that i had the lead at the half and it was close/tied into the 4th.... I see no reason to abandon the run when BW had 6.1ypc and Jamal had 4.4 Ypc.

it doesn't make sense. we weren't down by any margin until late in the 4th.

Unfortunately, I thought so too....He is making 1 mil a year....This could seriously cost the GM his job....Now accepting applications for front office GM of the KC Super Deuces.....

you drafted Eli for his potential.

Canadian'eh!
07-07-2005, 08:10 AM
Eli is fine... but you shoudl have had a veteran backup ready for ths year... a 2nd tier guy like Carr, Warner, Hasselbeck or Green. whoever was out there.

ryjam282
07-07-2005, 08:36 AM
I know, and that was my plan. I am not letting Eli go at all. He is definitely my future but as the draft progressed all the other QB's went off the board and I was filling other holes. I definitely got caught up in other positions and am paying the price....We will see how Ramsey does or maybe I can look for some trades out there.

I know how you feel. I went after starting talent and depth on my offensive line and my defense and, by doing so, was not able to draft high quality WRs. I've had to rely on Julius Jones to keep my offense afloat since Byron Leftwich is struggling. Now, I've lost Jones for 6 weeks, and he's the league's top rusher! He's been having a great season, averaging 6.6 yards per rush on his 39 carries so far. It'll be tough for my team to get by w/out him.

How have you been able to get the computer to have you run so much? I changed my %'s to be run heavy I thought but Eli still threw the ball 49 times and somehow Moss only got 3 catches.

Moss got 3 catches being blanketed by Champ Bailey and Lito Sheppard. Tony Gonzalez had a field day because he was probably matched up with Kim Herring or Antonio Pierce.

the only reciever you have is Moss and when you fall behind you have to pass to get back into the game

It shouldn't matter who is covering him....The guy gets almost 100 catches a year and 12-15 TD's a season. It doesn't matter who covers him, he is easily better then any of the DB's in the NFL. With that said, 0 catches last game and 3 this game? Something is at fault here. Cause there is no other WR that is better and we all know it.

It was based on his stats last season. He didn't have that great of a season because he missed a bunch of games, so he wasn't rated that high.

WR Randy Moss - 767 yards, 13 TDs

Only Berger and McBriar (59) have longer punts than my punter, Brad Maynard, the 2nd rated punter in the BZFL. He'll get plenty of work w/ this team, too.
