Ty Law going to the Chiefs

Good now Bills fans can stop talking about him

610 Sports Radio in Kansas City reports that Ty Law has agreed in principle to terms with the Chiefs, pending a physical.
Kansas City's 610 Sports reporter Rhonda Moss reports the deal is finalized, but Law appeared on another Kansas City station just yesterday saying the Chiefs were only one option. Don't consider this a done deal yet, but it looks likely that Law will sign with the Chiefs or Jets shortly. Jul. 15 - 11:24 am et

            Jet's secondary.

Missing out on Law after Abraham retires.

That's a solid pickup for the Chiefs, especially with losing their nickel back and then Warfield getting suspended for 4 weeks.

Law could pull a Winfield and agree in principle with the Chiefs and then take a higher offer with the Jets.

I can definately see that....that would be just his style.

They were saying on NFL Live that there is no way his $6 mill price tag could be fit under their (KC) cap.

I hope it's the other way around and the Jets get stiffed again.

At this point Ty is not gonna get $6 mil anywhere, so he would be better off signing a 1 year contarct somewhere for some money and try it all over again next year

It is being reported by WEEI in Boston as well (that Law is a Chief).

You should have signed him while you had the chance. Can't blame a guy like him though for choosing a contender over a pretender. KC is definitely going to be a team to be reckoned with this season!

You never seem to surprise me how stupid you can sound.....we have two pro bowlers at the corners.....and two former pro bowlers at safety......your secondary is laughable!! We dont need an aging over paid player that some team let go.....oh wait.....doesnt the cowboys love players like that?? Cowboys will finish in dead last in the toughest division of the very weak NFC. Responding to your other post of how tough it is to play the redskins and eagles D....thats two teams that you play twice....every team in the Bills division has a tough D, and the other teams we play in the AFC have tough Ds, unlike the sorry defenses in the NFC......Get a clue moron......
