Heard on WNSA this morning that the Bills had former Titan LB Joe Bowden in for a workout. He's obviously familiar with the system and is versatile enough to play MLB and OLB. They also had another LB in but don't remember the name but he apparently didn't impress the Bills.

Bowden for 1 yr at the minimum....no problem

he was great, waht happened to him? he has been out of football for awhile now!

I herd that he had rotater-cuf problems. I hope he's fully healed.

Even to have him in for training camp would be great so that he could help everyone along with the system.

yeah and since Spoon went down we need another LB.
