I was considering it, but I may be very busy this fall with a new job . . . and a vacation planned the first week of the season. I could participate, but I may not be the best person to run the league, w/o help.

What happened last year; didn't TypicalBill run things, then disappear halfway through the season?

Yeah, I think that's what happened. Maybe someone else can do it. I'm in quite a few leagues myself this year and am commissioner of several, but I might step in if necessary.
