What makes you think he will crap out? Besides the fact that the kid hasent played a single game in the NHL.

I mean what if he gets drafted by a team like Buffalo, Columbus, or a less then big name city do you think he will skip the NHL & play in Europe or somewhere like that?

Just Because Connelly did doesnt mean crosby will,

just cause ovechkin has a attitude problem dont mean crosby will :)

The thing that worries me about Crosby is that he is hyped ALOT (notice I didn't say "overhyped" because that remains to be seen). The expectations for him will be higher than they should be and he may end up being a dissappointment. Does the name Alexander Daigle ring a bell to anyone? He was supposed to be the next big thing and he fell flat on his face.

Daigle thought he was just going to step in and be a superstar, he never did the work that is necessary to play in the NHL. I seen a good article about him years ago and he even admits he thought he could just get by on talent alone.

I have faith that both Ovechkin & Crosby will play just fine in the NHL. If the NHL & the players are as committed to stopping the clutching & grabbing B.S. as they're saying, we could see a semi-return to when hockey was at its scoring best.

Crosby will NOT be crap....

First... he is FAR more skilled than Daigle ever was. But more importantly... Daigle has skill... he just HATES hockey. He has said many times that he just plays for money and doesn't really like playing. He only came back because he overspent his money.
