S. Alexander Signs with the Seahawks

Excellent. Shaun Alexander finally signed the franchise tender with the Seahawks. I was starting to get worried. He's my top RB in my Fantasy League. :dance:

He'll do well in your fantasy league, but he's overrated. Sure, he can run all over AZ's and SF's defense for four games a year, but chokes against better teams.

He almost won the league rushing title last year and had 20 TD's. I'll take overrated anyday. I think he will have a huge year since he won't be a franchise player next year he is basically auditioning for free agency...anything less than 18 TD's and 1400 yards will be a disapointment..

RB - Shaun Alexander, Rudi Johnson, Nick Goings
WR - Javon Walker, Amani Toomer, David Patten, Keary Colbert, Rod Smith
TE - Jermaine Wiggins, Eric Johnson
K - Jason Elam, Morten Anderson
DEF/ST - Bills, Chicago

In a league with:
2 RB
3 WR
1 QB, TE, K, DEF

With Donovan, Shaun, Rudi, Javon, Jason Elam and Bills DEF/ST alone (my highest scoring stars) I pretty much kicked everyone's butt.

Alexander is the 2nd best RB in game after LT IMO

It was no surprise, I think Alexander is going to have a good year +1500 yds and +15 TD.
