Up 24-7 at halftime and I almost blew it. Still undefeated so I'll take it but I'm not happy with my almost Houston Oilers type choke.

Injuries continue to kill my team as I lost Deion Branch and Troy Brown this week

I benched Leftwich, yet he still started the game! We wuz robbed!

I'm not happy w/ my defense giving up another 100 yard game and NEARLY 2 100 yard games!

PLUS POINTS:

Jason Babin, Nick Barnett, and Jonathan Vilma are pretty good, reliable LBs for me.
Secondary is @ least coming up w/ picks (Robinson this week, Jammer last week).
Defense is continuing to bring pressure (2 sacks, an INT, and a fumble recovery).

MINUS POINTS:

Run defense SUCKS!!! (Paging Kris Jenkins...)
QBing was best it's been all season, but still wasn't good enough for a win.
Pass defense still not where it should be (Chad Johnson ate us up).
No running game to speak of........again (Only 3 more games, Julius; thank goodness!!)
Penalties (damn!!) are a big issue and need to be corrected.
Nice return game we have....hahahaha!!!!


Overall, more of the same. The team is young, will continue to screw up until they gain experience, and we need more talent on the offensive side of the ball. Defensively, the talent is there. Randy Starks, Vilma, Barnett, Babin, Bryan Scott, and Dunta Robinson are showing some potential, but they also give up big plays too. More consistency is needed, which will come w/ more time playing together. In the meantime though, the Erie Assassins will continue to suffer.
