I thought the hang up may be that the Bills want to push for 5 years instead of the customary 4 years, like the Pats often do. otherwise, there really should not be any suspense.

Wide receiver Roscoe Parrish, the Buffalo Bills' second-round draft pick, agreed to terms of a four-year, $2.7 million contract Friday.
The contract includes a $1.32 million signing bonus and features performance incentives that could increase the worth of the deal, Parrish's agent Drew Rosenhaus said.
