yeah there is alternatives. They worked Jason Peters and McFarland as the backups, but they didn't look that great either. I'm going to say this right now, if Gandy doesn't pick it up within the next week or two, I wouldn't be shocked to see Ross Verba signed, or Teague moved to LT. :scared:

Very nice work..would give you pos rep but need to pass it around more...Not encouraged by Gandy. I'm sure it didn't sit well with the coaching staff...It sure will be something to pay attention to...If Losman has first day camp jitters wait until Houston comes to town...My wife bought be a Losman vintage jersey from camp today...

Gandy sucking? no surprise there. Hopefully he'll be bad enough early on that it prompts a signing (but not a signing that prevents us from re-upping McGee and Nate)

I think it's too early to pass any judgement on Gandy yet. It was the 1st day and he's been out of circulation for some time. Where he is in 2-3 weeks will be of major concern.

I'm interested in seeing Parrish myself. I need to find some time to go, but I usually don't go early b'cse I like them to work off the rust and cobwebs 1st. We'll see.

But keep the posts/updates coming. They are interesting to read - and those fans outside of the area must appreciate it tremendously!!!

no surprise on gandy.. you have to expect the worst with him and hope for the best. moving teague out there is not an option, i dont think. that upsets the whole line at that point.

Hopefully they do something about the Gandy situation if he continues to struggle. But who knows.

As for JP lookin nervous, im sure he will get those jitters out before preseason is over. Like Willis said, he just needs a few of those games under his belt.
