The Bills went back to work today and slowed down a bit from the hard hitting, full pad session that we saw yesterday. They practiced their usual stuff in the beginning and then worked on some 7-on-7, 11-on-11 drills and also worked on some special teams stuff too. There was also a referee watching the plays and letting Mularkey know when someone jumped early.

Re: BillsZone Training Camp Report: August 1, 2005
I just got back fromt the afternoon practice....Losman looked decent throwning some good balls and some bad, he has a tendency to underthrow at times. One thing is for sure, if he gets a seem in the line, he'll tuck in down and run with it. He is a threat to pick up big gains on this, he had a couple of runs of over 10 yards (he is very fast)...Holcomb looked very good...so did the recievers (yes even Josh)...Losman nearly got Parrish killed by Vincent when he threw him a ball over the middle and Vincent de-cleated him, Roscoe still held onto the ball and got right up...Gandy looked a little better giving Shobel a tough time...I watched Lindell kick for a little, he actually looked good. There was nobody rushing but he still hit about 6 or 7 in a row from 40 yards with room to spare...It's hard to watch everything going on at once, but thats my quick assesment, Im sure Mikey will sum it better for you guys...

Re: BillsZone Training Camp Report: August 1, 2005
I'm not going to worry too much about Gandy yet. While he has played left tackle (for Chicago) his most recent work was a guard. It's been a while since he played tackle and I think the techniques are different enough that it will take him a while to get reaclimated to the outside spot, just like it would take Trey Teague a while to look good at tackle if Buffalo had to go in that direction. Give him a couple weeks and a preseason game before you write him off.I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.
I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.

Nice job
6. Nate Clements looked even better than last year. I think that he's bulked up a bit and is more aggressive. He was covering the receivers like a blanket and had a couple big plays today.
