Adam Deadmarsh and Yannic Perrault would be two guys I wouldn't mind grabbing.

Don,

Your list is a bit out of date. Rathje (Philly), Naslund (Vancouver), and Stillman (Carolina) are all off of the market already.

That list doesn't even include Roman Hamrlik, who I have been pining for on these boards. Too bad I can't talk to Darcy directly. As far as the forwards go, I mentioned in another thread that Bondra and Selanne would be good grabs. Selanne is a risk, because he's been lazy for the past 3 years. Perhaps, though, with the "new" NHL rules, we could see him return to closer to his 76-goal form. If not those 2, we could always take a chance with Czerkawski. He's super inconsistent (See: Stint in Montreal vs stints in Isles uniform), but he can score goals. That's more than I can say for some of the wingers we'll see starting for Buffalo this year.

And for the record, Scott Stevens hasn't been signed yet. But I think it's a foregone conclusion he won't be brought back by New Jersey.
