All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

I'm glad. A trip to Japan entails too much wasted travel time and disruption of the training camp schedule.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?
Do the Japanese really appreciate American football, anyway? It would be like me watching Sumo Wrestling, which appears to be a shoving match between big fat guys in diapers.

The Bills have been in 3 American Bowls
1991 vs. Philly in London
1995 vs. Dallas in Toronto
1997 vs. Green Bay in Toronto
Thanks, Phil. Some of us never let the facts get in the way of our opinions.

Philster, Thanks for the information.
It seems that only contenders are invited... I hope Bills will be invited as soon as possible.
On the other hand, despite some damn comments.... I still think American Bowls are not only possitive to this organization... it's also a great opportunity to travel and know other cultures and economies enjoying your favorite team.
Did anyone know that a total of 215,976 people visited the 2005 World Exposition in Aichi (Japan) on Sunday?
The Bills also played Minnesota in Berlin. It was either in 1992 or 1993. I can't remember which.
August 8, 1993 BILLS PLAY IN BERLIN, GERMANY The Bills and Vikings played an American Bowl preseason game in Olympic Stadium, Berlin, Germany before a crowd of 67,132. Minnesota defeated Buffalo, 20-6.
