What the F. We lost our best scorer and best defenseman and signed 40 year old replacement? I would have loved to get khabibulin, or palfy....

Supposedly Roman Hamerick is suppose to be close to signing. But i haven't seen it in print. Skatezilla did you see that on espn?

Why would we want Khabibulin? We got 3 Goalies as it is.

Khabi is light years ahead of all of them.

Not that I wanted him, but to compare our 3 goalies to Khabi is like comparing all the Bills QB since Kelly to Tom Brady.

Yeah if you signed khabi, you could trade couple of other goal tenders for players.

I agree Miller looked great in Rochester. Im excited about some of the guys in Rochester last year coming back to the sabres. Vanek, Roy, Gausted, Miller. Its going to be a good year.

Why would we want Khabibulin? We got 3 Goalies as it is.
We know Biron isn't the answer. Noranen looks like a solid backup to me. Miller is totally unproven.

If the Sabres trade Biron for a a couple of minor leaguers they could whittle their team salary down to 25 mil! Think of the money Golisano would make. Don't be greedy and think about what you want. I don't need playoffs. I'm happy if the owner breaks even. [/sarcasm]

Who would want to trade a good player for Biron? The Sabres can't go into the season with all rookies.
