All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
After a couple days off, the Bills were on the field this morning and ready to work. They practiced on the Growney Stadium turf and wore their shoulder pads and shorts. There was some minimal hitting, but they took it easy today. The main items on the agenda for today were special teams coverage, 7-on-7, and the full team scrimmage 11-on-11 drill.
Re: BillsZone Training Camp Report: August 8, 2005
good news about Lionel Gates- I'm worried about what happens if McGahee goes down and I really hope Gates can step it up. I hope they don't keep him on kick returns because we've got at least 4 other guys who can do it- McGee, Clements, Parrish, Smith.

I'm not worried. Both Shaud Williams and Lionel Gates have been very good at camp. Even ReShard Lee has done a good job.
As for KRs....Nate Clements is on PRs, not KRs. I don't want him on Kick Returns. IF Lionel Gates can do the job as good as McGee...put them both back there. Then the opponents will have to pick their poison.
