With Holmgren stepping down as GM, Tom Modrak has got to be a candidate. Any chance of us losing him to seattle, or anywhere else? I'd love to have him around still, he does a great job! We should keep him!

It's a definite possibility. I'd guess that Holmgren might have some say in who the GM would be as he would have to be able to work with him.

I think Modrak will be a candidate for many GM positions this off-season. The guy I could see going to Seattle is Ron Wolf since both of them worked together in Green Bay.

I think Seattle is going to go for Randy Mueller. Modrak should be a candidate, but it's up to him to figure out where he fits best, whether it's here, or as a GM somewhere.

I've heard his name kicked around for the Jacksonville job too... Hopefully he stays here, but you have to figure ultimately he will wind up GM somewhere else.

unfortunately Modrak will get a job somewhere, but I would like the Bills to give Modrak the GM job and Donahoe the President title. By doing this Modrak get a rise and we get to keep them both!

You think TD is gonna be willing to become President and relenquish his GM rights?

The only thing keeping Modrak in Buffalo another season would be ill health, which held him back last season.

We were fortunate to hold on to him as long as we did. I'd give Peerles Price a bigger chance of returning than Modrak

TD already has the title of president. The first time that Ralphie has given it to a GM. I think Modrak is already assistant GM, too.

He wouldn't lose any GM rights.

No he wouldn't and it would give Modrak the title he wants!

Does anyone know ~ Has Modrak worked with Polian, Butler and Donahoe?

Only Donahoe I think.

Didn't we just give him (Modrak) a new contract this year? If so does anyone know the terms of it? I would imagine somewhere there is a time limit on that contract to wear he has to spend so much time here in Buffalo, before he can start talking to another team for better position such as GM. At least I hope I read that somewhere this last off-season.

He can evaluate hidden talent.

GO!!!...BUFFALO!!!...
