Maybe we should put it to a vote on how we should have it....the old way or the new way? I'm not sure myself....change is always difficult at first, I think.

That's just it Phil. Most people naturally resist change! When I first saw it I did not think I liked it but I'm adjusting now. Keep it like this and then switch it back in a month and we would not like that either. My vote is to keep the new colors

I like change, but not this. I like the blue, but not the gray. Some of the icons in the left box are hard to see, and sometimes they're hard to see in the message box too. :shrugs shoulders:

This thing looks like crap. This is just poor web design, you don't want the user to have this many different colours in front of them. It fatigues the eyes. Change it.

Not to mention... smilies, and font colors will be harder to see against a dark background.... a color shceme change is fine, but input backgrounds should be a lighter color....

I like the colors it easier for me to read. It also looks crisp and clean, so I really don't know why people are having such an eyestrain.

I have seen worse, maybe a little lighter color gray, maybe more of a silver look. But I'm not the designer and I believe the person who is giving us this site for free, should have the right to choose its layout. But that is my opinion so you can take it with a grain of salt.

To view in Stealth mode-


1) At the top of each page, there is a row of buttons- click on the one labled "Profile"

2- From your profile page, select "Edit Options"

3- At the bottom of the page, just above your avatar, there is a section caled "Other Options" In the row called " Style set" there is a drop down box. Default will set it to this. "Stealth Mode" will give you a black & white version- great for using at work.

And due to popular demand, you can now change to stealth mode on the main page!

Nope, I still don't like the new colors. And I hate stealth mode. I like eye candy, just not a lot.
