    Gilbride QB coach?

Do you think it would help or hinder the way the offense is run if a QB coach wasn't found and Gilbride was put in charge of both positions?

    Yes

He's busy enough as an OC, let alone taking up the QB Coaching job

Talk about a pass orientated offense. There has to be a better solution.

How about we switch him to only a QB coach, and hand the OC reigns to someone else.

I like that idea alot because Bledsoe seems to liike him, However
I don't think Gilbride would take a step back.

It wouldn't surprise me to have Gilbride man both positions. Drew is not going to learn a lot from a QB coach (whether he should or not is debatable) and we basically have one already in AVP right there. All quarterbacks who have played for the Bills have showered public praise on AVP for helping them and being smart.

I really don't believe Flutie listened all that much as far as Todd Collins and RJ? What can you say about clip board holders. Kelly had all the confidence in AVP, but Kelly also knew when to throw long, THROW SHORT, hand off and mix the plays up. DB or Glibride (whoever you may be inclined to have concerns about)haven't shown that change up to keep the secondary honest.
