No possible way they bring in leBeau as DC to coach GW's defense that he has never coached. As a consultant or assistant head coach or assistant DC or even LB or DL coach it's possible. I would be anything that Gray will not be fired for LeBeau. That said, I am all over this. Hire him in a second and give him a title and job like your other Pitt pal Modrak. He'd be a great addition.

Nah, I think Gray will stay. If they change defensive systems then what's the sense of even having GW? That's his system.

Maybe a DL Coach or Defensive Assistant?

Don't forget a defensive line coach is needed. Donahoe knows LeBeau from their previous dealings. I think it would be a smart move to bring in someone he (Donahoe) knows who can accomplish the job and work within his system of management. It won't hurt and according to the article they were in the playoffs three years running with LeBeau, as a member of the defensive coaching team in Pittsburgh.

          GO!!!...BUFFALO!!!...

I'd be amenible to his taking Gilbride's spot!

Replace Donahoe with Modrak and fire the entire coaching staff!

                    Then let's go to Disneyworld!

                    GO BILLS!!!

LeBeau isn't going to go from HC to line coach. He'll be DC or nothing. I'd take him in a heartbeat over Grey.

That'd be kinda interesting... two former head coaches as both our coordinators... I wonder how often that's happened... especially two coaches that have spent decent amounts of time as head coaches.

There is nobody who can sit down and X and O on defense like Dick,” Donahoe said.

                              Bye Bye Jerry Gray!
