Say Ralph and/or TD want to bring in LeBeau to be DC, or get a real special teams coach. If GW protests, Ralph could can him like he did to Wade. And we could be rid of him!!

At some point though we gotta quit canning our coaches and let them have three seasons. We're starting to resemble the Skins under Daniel Snyder.

Besides, I think GW has earned another season. Gilbride's the one who needs to be replaced. Bring in Coughlin as the O.C.

Coughlin as head coach.

You want to give the guy who was here the least time the boot, yet guys who were here longer ( like gray, who had 3-4 good games) a chance.

Put Gilbride under Coughlin at OC, they worked before and if I recall, had an offense that was 14-2 one season.

Bring in LeBeau at DC.

True but then they went south in a hurry and Gilbride has been sent packing twice since then. It didn't take 3 years to figure out that the last Special Ed teams coach needed to get canned, the only thing Gilbride has going for him is that Bledsoe seems to like him. But does he like because of what he can do for his stats or because he feels Gilbride is an OC guru?
