EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. - The Minnesota Vikings claimed running back ReShard Lee off of waivers from the Buffalo Bills yesterday. Lee originally signed as a rookie in 1993 and last year played in 14 games with the Cowboys where he was the teams leading kick return man averaging 23.5 yards per return. That ranked him 7th in the NFL.

I think 2003, not 1993

I think 2003, not 1993:idunno: I just cut and paste. Nothing like a good 12 year veteran. :D

Don't they already have like 4 mediocre running backs?

The Vikings used to have the deepest RB lineup in the league, but injuries and the Original Whizzinator claimed most of their players. Now all they've got is this rookie Ciatrick Fason and the old Moe Williams. Lee will do well for them.

But I don't think Michael Bennett and Mewelde Moore's injuries are long-term, are they? I can't imagine they're gonna keep five running backs on their team... they must be planning on dumping Moe Williams.

Moe Williams is the only healthy and reliable RB on their team. They won't cut him.

It just shows how deep we are at RB if other teams are picking up our 4-5th stringers!
