    As National Football League teams got down to the roster limit of 65 Tuesday afternoon, two cuts stood out ... neither of them by the Buffalo Bills.
    After all, the only “name” player they axed was Sunday, former Cowboy ReShard Lee. He was the odd man out in a four-way battle with incumbent Shaud Williams, Joe Burns, who can also play fullback and is a special teams’ ace, and impressive seventh-round draft choice Lionel Gates, as Willis McGahee’s backup.
