The dreams of one former Indian have suffered a setback, while another's still may have a chance to be realized this weekend.
Kentrell Curry, an all-state safety for the Indians in 1998, was trimmed from the Detroit Lions' roster Tuesday.
Meanwhile, a former teammate has made it through another round of cuts and hopes to survive one more, when the final 53-player rosters are submitted, 6 p.m. Saturday.
