1972- Buffalo races out to a 24-0 halftime lead, only to have to settle for a 24-24 tie with the Bears.

1973- Mike Stratton, a starting linebacker since 1962, is traded to San Diego for a draft choice.

1985- Angered by his team's 45-14 loss to Ditka's Bears, Wilson questions the heart of most of his players, and threatens to replace them.

2000- Buffalo exacts revenge for the Homerun Throwback debacle in the playoffs, by defeating the Titans in their home opener, 16-13 on a 33 yard Christie field goal with 31 seconds left.
