Not that this is terribly surprising, but...

I paid $230 for NFL Sunday Ticket and their HD Superfan package...the HD schedule for the first 2 weeks is up and the Bills will not be shown in beautiful High-Def...

My guess is the NY Jets-Buf games will be in HighDef and then the ESPN games, but that is it...hopefully there will be others, but I'm not holding my breath.

Yes, they do. Apparently, my extra $50 is gonna go to seeing Vick every damn week in HD throw wildly to his WR's and run around aimlessly.

I still can't believe they had the balls to try and charge an extra 100 bucks for the HD games.. especially this year, when we'll be lucky to see 7-8 Bills games in HD.

Next year should be better though - DTV is switching from MPEG-2 to MPEG-4, so they'll have the capacity to broadcast every game in HD (at least all the games that are shot in HD).

I know the Falcons-Bills will be HD. And you're right about the Jets games, both will be HD also, as well as both ESPN games.

I don't have ESPN-HD - it'd be nice if those games came with Sunday Ticket...

You are correct...however, I think they have the capacity to broadcast all of the games right now, it's just the stations don't have the equipment on the ground...

DirecTV says games will be broadcast on channels 719-730, so my guess is they can carry up to 21 games in HD at one time. I'm probably wrong though...

There is only 3 games for buffalo in HD the two sat night ones and one more let me go find where Ive seen that and ill post it here.

The reason Buffalo only has 3 is because CBS sucks. They only send out 3 HD crews a week while FOX sends out 12 I believe.

if it won't go fullscreen (i assume it just stays 4:3) then it isn't really HD.

only some broadcasts from HD channels are HD, and in HD there are varying levels of quality (480, 720, 1080 either i for interlaced or p for progressive scan). cbs is garbage, and only a few games will be in HD for the bills.

prime time games will be HD, and so will the headline CBS and FOX games.

when the bills tear it up in the playoffs we'll see some HD madness.

Well, they don't schedule the HD games all at once - actually, the Directv site says sometimes the NFL waits until the week prior to the game to decide which will be shot in HD. So there will be more than 3. My guess is around 8, but who knows.
