Six Days to Sunday is a unique look inside the daily lives of an NFL player or coach as they prepare for the coming week’s NFL game.
From the practice field to the training room and film sessions, the 30- minute unscripted show provides viewers with a rare look into the weekly preparations of NFL stars during the season.
An NFL Network crew has an all-access pass to follow the player or coach beginning on a Monday and will document the subject’s entire week up to and including Sunday’s game.
Six Days to Sunday is then quickly turned around to air on the Thursday following the week it was shot. Each subject is selected the week prior to filming.
Show airs every Thursday at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT during the NFL regular season on NFL Network.
