You must have Realplayer installed. And also sometimes the site screws up so just try again in 5 mins.

for me, NFL.com works on IE, but not Firefox (which I usually use). So, I switch to IE to watch NFL.com vids. I don't know if that's your problem, but it happens here.

What's Firefox? I assume it's a browser but what's unique about it?It is made by the people of Netscape. It's a great browser that basically allows you not to get the viruses/hacks that Explorer has. It has some really nice features and is super fast. Much better than Explorer.
