The bills were pinned deep on the goal line on 3rd down and decided to put Losman in shotgun, in which he then ended up trying to the throw the ball away and stepped out of bounds for the safety. This play shifted the momentum to the bucs and it all when downhill ever since. Why would they put Losman in a position to fail. They should have never put him in shotgun pinned that deep. It makes no sense. It was a bonehead call by Clements or Mularkey on the play imo.
