        I thought he was much better than the regular crew. No, he wasn't perfect, but at least he can point out technical issues, and he's not afraid to say players screwed up. Oh and every 5 yard pass or run isn't "unbelieveable" or "great".

          Hey... just be glad it wasn't Shannon instead... he's 10 times more annoying. Though I had to laugh when he said "assinine" on CBS's pregame show.

            Mike Tirico was equally annoying. He kept saying "Randy Moss is special." "Let him be a special receiver." "He's a special receiver."

            If I did a shot everytime he said the word "special", I'd be in the emergency room by the 2nd quarter.

              Did anyone notice that they F'd up the score of the Bills game too.. he said it was 22-3, I don't remember which one said it.

              The stupidity of some of these announcers sickens me.

                I thought Sterling did fine. He wasn't afraid to call out the refs when they were wrong.

                  I thought Tirico was way worse than Sharpe. He was totally over-dramatizing every play. My wife said he should've done one of those radio commercials for monster truck rallies "BE THERRRRRRRRRRRRE!!!!!!!!!!"
