Any team has their strengths and weaknesses but stop the run is simply basic and last year, some players called Rudi Johnson, Corey Dillon and W. Parker established their own pace even Bills had Pat Williams and London Fletcher together defending the middle.

As it happens year by year, the Buffalo Bills entire DL reality seems to be a little bit but significantly different from 2004. Fortunately, Bills arguably brought some pass rush excitement (specially at 3rd downs) on Ron Edwards but unavoidably, Bills "sacrified" some kind of run support.

London Fletcher is maybe one of the best LB in the league and many people consider Takeo and him the soul and mind of the defense but --- Is London still on his prime? Isn't London listed at 5-10, 254 pounds? Doesn't he increased the number of penalties last year? and...

Maybe it's too late to think about this kind of issues but it seems to be a very very long way to win a SB if Bills doesn't achieve the playoffs this season... and the only thing I know is that this DL doesn't seem to have significant changes to forget someone called Fat Pat during this season and amazingly, Takeo Spikes simply excelled at the middle during his college days in Auburn and also in his pro days with Cincinnati when he was a MLB...

The bills "D" did stop the bucs for the first 30 mins they were on the field the "O" has do its part by keeping the ball more than 1 1/2 mins per series. If we win the possession game we win outright! JP and the offense has to move the chains.
