All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.

So I'm on JCPenney.com doing some early Christmas shopping for my wife and I see that they have some new NFL clothing for women. When I clicked on one of the items, the list of available teams with logos came up and below is the image of the Bills logo they had.
There's been alot of talk about the throwbacks, but what's up with this one popping up in a major website?
I love the jersey's we have now. Yeah the throwbacks are cool once in a while but we already have sweet jerseys.
p.s. that bills logo or whatever you call it is disgusting

That logo sucks- it reminds me of the Titans and the new Eagles logo- basically teams that are trying too hard to modernize.
I like the throwback jerseys better than our current uniforms, but I'm a big fan of the current logo. It looks up-to-date without blatantly trying to be modern like that one. Hopefully someone just f'd up and released a concept logo that won't be used.

It's all about $$$$$. Teams can't lose when they change a logo- fans always buy stuff, and if they really like the logo they'll buy lots of stuff. If it fails, the team can switch back and sell tons of stuff when they bring back the old, more popular logo.
So there is no plan of changing the Logo at this time.
Probably a good logo it would be, like the one that the Rams have, obviously with buffalo in it. Like an angry buffalo type or something like that.
Just an idea
That logo has been around for awhile. The first appearance of it I saw was shortly before the new uniforms were unveiled, and I remember back then, a lot of us were wondering how/if it'd be used.
Fortunately, it's just a 'second' logo - sorta like an alternative jersey (like the red ones from a few years back). So, no, it's not and will not be used for anything that the team wears (certainly not on the helmet anyway). But every once in a while you see it on apparrel sold to the public - I've seen it on a hat and a tshirt I think.
That logo looks like it belongs on the side of an airplane.
....or on the ass of a rhino. That quite possibly is the ugliest logo in the history of the NFL. It looks like a mutation of the Seahawks logo, which already is horrible in every way.
