How about Coughlin as head coach, and Lebeau as defensive coordinator?
What do you all think?

On ESPN the other night they were talking to some of the current Jaguars and they almost seemed happy about Coughlin's firing. They were making comments about how you can't run a team like a dictatorship and how you need to listen to the players at times etc.. None of them seemed to like him which actually surprised me.

He's in the Parcells mold.
They loved the guy when they went 14-2 a few years back, but when tough times, injuries, and cap constraints catch up to you, all of a sudden you are a dictator.
His Army drill sargent style does wear on the veterans after a few years. He's the only coach they have ever known.
That being said, discipline would cure some of the Bill's ills- like stupid penalties and lousy ball handling- (Travis- you hear me?)
